So why did all the nations of antiquity pass on, but not the Jews? Lots of answers have been suggested, and I believe that at least one of them, is that the Jewish people nurtured their connection to the land of Israel and Jerusalem – even when they were exiled in the furthest corners of the Diaspora. Our connection to our home in Jerusalem has been passed down not with a key to a house and a physical address, but in our DNA with a hope and a dream that we will get there soon!
This year Jews all over the world – outside of Israel and within Israel – returned to remembering Israel/Jerusalem virtually. And at Israel ScaVentures we are very proud of how we helped to share some amazing Israel experiences with our online Jerusalem, Israel and Festival Quests.
